Sirova torta z brownie-ji / Brownie Cheesecake


SIROVA TORTA S ČOKOLADO:


SESTAVINE:


Brownie-ji:

110g moke
250g sladkorja
35g kakava v prahu
0.5 žličke pecilnega praška
1.5 žličke vanilijeve arome
ščepec soli
160g sončničnega olja
3 jajca


Sirova torta:
500g sirnega namaza (Philadelphia)
240g smetane za stepanje
230g sladkorja
3 žličke vanilijeve arome
118g sladkorja v prahu
čokoladni koščki (po želji)


POSTOPEK:

  1.  Pečico segrejemo na 180°C.

  2. V veliki posodi zmešamo olje, sladkor in vanilijevo aromo. Dodamo jajca in dobro premešamo.

  3.  V drugi posodi zmešamo suhe sestavine (moko, kakav v prahu, sol in pecilni prašek).

  4.  Počasi dodajamo suhe sestavine mokrim, dokler niso popolnoma zmešane.

  5.  Pripravimo pekač (premer 26cm) in zlijemo pripravljeno maso vanj, ter jo enakomerno razporedimo.

  6.  Pečemo 30 minut na 180°C. Po peki ga za 15 minut postavimo na hladno.

  7.  Med tem, ko se brownie ohlaja, pripravimo sirovo mešanico. V posodo damo sirni namaz in ga dobro zmešamo s sladkorjem in vanilijevo aromo.

  8.  V drugo posodo zlijemo smetano za stepanje in jo stepemo, dokler se ne zgosti.

  9.  Smetani dodamo sladkor v prahu in spet stepemo, dokler smetana ni trda.

  10.  Počasi dodajamo smetano sirnemu namazu in vsujemo čokoladne koščke. Počasi premešamo.

  11.  Mešanico vlijemo v pekač na pečen brownie in enakomerno porazdelimo čez cel pekač.

  12.  Posodo postavimo v hladilnik za 3-4 ure. Pred serviranjem posujemo na sredino preostale čokoladne koščke.

BROWNIE CHEESECAKE:


INGREDIENTS:



Brownie:

110g flour250g sugar

35g cocoa

0.5 tsp baking powder

1.5 tsp vanilla extract

pinch of salt

160g vegetable oil
3 eggs


Cheesecake:
500g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
240g whip cream
230g sugar
3 tsp vanilla extract
118g powder sugar
chocolate chips (as much as you like)


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. In a big bowl mix together oil, sugar and vanilla extract. Add eggs and mix again.

  3. In another bowl mix together all the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt).

  4. Slowly add dry ingredients to egg mixture and mix together until well combined.

  5. Take a baking pan (26cm) and pour the batter into the pan. Make sure it is spread evenly.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes on 180°C. After 30 minutes take the baking pan out of the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes.

  7. While the brownie is cooling down, put the cream cheese in the bowl, add sugar and vanilla extract and beat until combined.

  8. In a separate bowl, whip heavy whipping cream until it starts to thicken.

  9. Add the powdered sugar and whip again.
  10. Gently pour the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and add chocolate chips. Gently mix everything together.
  11. Pour the cheesecake mixture on the top of the brownie and spread into an even layer.

  12. Put the pan in the refrigerator until firm - for about 3-4 hours. Before serving add the chocolate chips on top of the cheesecake.
