13.rojstni dan /13th birthday

Danes moja psička praznuje že kar 13. rojstni dan! Ker ji zdravje že malo peša in mora biti na posebni brezbeljakovinski dieti, smo ji danes pripravili prav posebno presenečenje. Spekla sem ji pasje kolačke iz arašidovega masla in banan.

PREVOD:
Sestavine:
1/2 šalice kremastega arašidovega masla
1/2 šalice rastlinskega olja
2 srednje veliki banani
2/3 šalice medu
2 velika jajca
2 šalici moke
2 žlički sode bikarbone
1 žlička pecilnega praška

Postopek:

1. Pečico segrejemo na 180°C in pripravimo pekač za muffine tako, da vanj zložimo papirčke za muffine.
2. V veliki posodi zečkamo banane in dodamo arašidovo maslo, olje, med in jajca. Lahko si pomgamo z mikserjem na nizki stopnji. Mešamo 1-2 minuti.
3. Mešanici dodamo moko, pecilni prašek in sodo bikarbono ter dobro zmiksamo na srednji hitrosti.
4. Maso napolnimo v papirnate modelčke. Vsak modelček napolnimo nekje do 3/4.
5. Muffine pečemo 18-22 minut na 180°C.

Jaz sem moje muffine kasneje namazala še z arašidovim maslom in na njih prilepila pasje piškote za lepši in bolj pasji izgled.

Sirova torta z brownie-ji / Brownie Cheesecake


SIROVA TORTA S ČOKOLADO:


SESTAVINE:


Brownie-ji:

110g moke
250g sladkorja
35g kakava v prahu
0.5 žličke pecilnega praška
1.5 žličke vanilijeve arome
ščepec soli
160g sončničnega olja
3 jajca


Sirova torta:
500g sirnega namaza (Philadelphia)
240g smetane za stepanje
230g sladkorja
3 žličke vanilijeve arome
118g sladkorja v prahu
čokoladni koščki (po želji)


POSTOPEK:

  1.  Pečico segrejemo na 180°C.

  2. V veliki posodi zmešamo olje, sladkor in vanilijevo aromo. Dodamo jajca in dobro premešamo.

  3.  V drugi posodi zmešamo suhe sestavine (moko, kakav v prahu, sol in pecilni prašek).

  4.  Počasi dodajamo suhe sestavine mokrim, dokler niso popolnoma zmešane.

  5.  Pripravimo pekač (premer 26cm) in zlijemo pripravljeno maso vanj, ter jo enakomerno razporedimo.

  6.  Pečemo 30 minut na 180°C. Po peki ga za 15 minut postavimo na hladno.

  7.  Med tem, ko se brownie ohlaja, pripravimo sirovo mešanico. V posodo damo sirni namaz in ga dobro zmešamo s sladkorjem in vanilijevo aromo.

  8.  V drugo posodo zlijemo smetano za stepanje in jo stepemo, dokler se ne zgosti.

  9.  Smetani dodamo sladkor v prahu in spet stepemo, dokler smetana ni trda.

  10.  Počasi dodajamo smetano sirnemu namazu in vsujemo čokoladne koščke. Počasi premešamo.

  11.  Mešanico vlijemo v pekač na pečen brownie in enakomerno porazdelimo čez cel pekač.

  12.  Posodo postavimo v hladilnik za 3-4 ure. Pred serviranjem posujemo na sredino preostale čokoladne koščke.

BROWNIE CHEESECAKE:


INGREDIENTS:



Brownie:

110g flour250g sugar

35g cocoa

0.5 tsp baking powder

1.5 tsp vanilla extract

pinch of salt

160g vegetable oil
3 eggs


Cheesecake:
500g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
240g whip cream
230g sugar
3 tsp vanilla extract
118g powder sugar
chocolate chips (as much as you like)


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. In a big bowl mix together oil, sugar and vanilla extract. Add eggs and mix again.

  3. In another bowl mix together all the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt).

  4. Slowly add dry ingredients to egg mixture and mix together until well combined.

  5. Take a baking pan (26cm) and pour the batter into the pan. Make sure it is spread evenly.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes on 180°C. After 30 minutes take the baking pan out of the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes.

  7. While the brownie is cooling down, put the cream cheese in the bowl, add sugar and vanilla extract and beat until combined.

  8. In a separate bowl, whip heavy whipping cream until it starts to thicken.

  9. Add the powdered sugar and whip again.
  10. Gently pour the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and add chocolate chips. Gently mix everything together.
  11. Pour the cheesecake mixture on the top of the brownie and spread into an even layer.

  12. Put the pan in the refrigerator until firm - for about 3-4 hours. Before serving add the chocolate chips on top of the cheesecake.

Jesenske dobrote - jabolčna pita / Apple Pie

Jesen je polna čudovitih barv in dobrot, zato bi bila groza, če tega ne izkoristimo. Sama sem se najprej lotila jabolčne pite, ki je več kot odlična, zato recept moram deliti z vami. Kasneje imam namen narediti tudi krofe iz bučk s cimetom, ampak o tem drugič. Naj vam tekne.

TESTO:
350g moke,
polovica zavitka pecilnega praška,
1 zavitek vanilijevega sladkorja,
120g sladkorja v prahu,
150g masla (lahko kokosovega - brez laktoze)
2 rumenjaka,
4 velike (ogromne) žlice kisle smetane (lahko tudi malo več) - lahko je brez laktoze

NADEV:
4 srednje velika jabolka,
80g sladkorja v prahu,
4 velike žlice drobtin,
ščepec cimeta
1 deci ruma (po želji)

POSTOPEK:
V veliki posodi zmešamo moko, pecilni prašek, vanilijev sladkor in sladkor v prahu. Dodamo narezano maslo (sobne temperature), 2 rumenjaka in kislo smetano. Zmešamo sestavine, da nastane gladko testo, sprijeto v kepo. Testo postavimo na hladno.
Olupimo in razkoščičimo jabolka, ter jih naribamo v posodo. Dodamo jim sladkor, drobtine in cimet in dobro premešamo.
Ohlajeno testo razdelimo na dva dela. Prvi del na pomokanem prostoru razvaljamo na velikost pekača, tako a ob robu testo lahko še malo zavihamo (jaz sem uporabila pekač s premerom 26 cm). Na to testo enakomerno razporedimo nadev jabolk.

Drugo polovico testa bomo uporabili za prekrivanje jabolk z mrežastim vzorcem. Odrtgamo delček testa in ga na moki razvaljamo v dolgo kačo. Ko je "kača" dovolj velika (velikost najširšega dela pekača), jo potiskamo, da postane ploščata. Takšno položimo na nadev iz jabolk. Ta postopek ponavljamo dokler nimamo prekritega pekača v razmaku med testom približno 1,5 cm, potem pa postopek ponovimo še iz druge strani pekača in testo med sabo prepletemo. Mrežo iz testa lahko premažemo z jajcem za lepšo barvo pite.

Pekač damo v pečico za 40 minut na 160°C oz. dokler skorjica ni zlato zapečena.

Autumn is such a lovely season full of colours and autumn goods such as apples, chestnut, mushrooms... It would be such a waste not to cherish it, so I've decide to bake an apple pie. Maybe next week I will have time to bake pumpkin cinnamon donuts. Until then, stay tuned. Hope you enjoy the pie.

DOUGH: 
350g flour
half a package of a baking powder
1 package of vanilla sugar
120g powdered sugar
150g butter (coconut - lactose free)
2 yolks
4 big spoons (huge) of sour cream (can be lactose free)

FILLING:
4 medium size apples
80g powdered sugar
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
pinch of cinnamon
a bit of rum (if you like it)

 STEPS:

Step 1: Take a large bowl and mix together flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and sugar. Cut the butter (room temperature) into small pieces and put it into a bowl with other ingredients. Add yolks and sour cream. Now mix together all the ingredients so you get a sticky dough in a shape of a ball. Put the dough somewhere cold for a few minutes.

Step 2: In the meantime peal and stone all the apples and grate them into another bowl. Add sugar, breadcrumbs, cinnamon and rum and mix it all together.

Step 3: Get the dough and cut it in half. Roll out the first half of dough on some flower so it fits in a baking tray (I used a 26cm baking tray). Put it in the baking tray and make sure it fits.

Step 4: Put the mixture of apples and sugar in the baking tray. Make sure every inch of the tray is covered equally.

Step 5: With the other half of dough we're going to make a net pattern. We take a small peace of dough and roll it with hands so we get some kind of a long snake. When this "snake" is long enough (it has to cover the baking tray - 26cm) we push it down with one finger, so it becomes flat. We put that on the mixture of apples. Than we take the next, smaller peace of dough and repeat the process ,until the tray is covered with dough. There must be approximately 1.5cm space between two "flat snakes".

Step 5: When one side of the tray is covered, we repeat the process on the other side of the tray, so we get some kind of a net pattern. When we are done with the net, we can cover it with egg so it gets more of a golden colour when baked.

Step 6: Put the tray into an oven for 40 minutes on 160°C or until the pie gets golden brown.

Začetek / Beginning


Vsi začetki so težki. Tudi ta ni bil nič drugačen. Že nekaj časa razmišljam o pisanju bloga. O čem? Zakaj? Ali bo moj kako drugačen od že toliko napisanih? Ne vem. Zato ga pišem samo zase. Moj kotiček kjer lahko zapišem par misli o svojem raztresenem življenju absolventke prava, ki obožuje svoje mucke (9) in psičko, rada peče sladice, organizira svoje stvari po zelo občutljivem sistemu, se v prostem času zanima za modo in nohte in rada bere. Večino bom objavila preizkušene recepte, da jih sama ne izgubim ali pa slike, ko sem se potepala na okoli. Seveda bo velik del posvečen tudi mojim prečudovitim živalicam, ki mi lepšajo vsakdan. Za začetek se mi to ne zdi tako slabo, bomo videli kam me to pelje.


All beginnings are hard. Well this one was no different. I've been thinking about writing a blog for a while now. But why would I want to write a blog? Everyone nowadays has a blog. Why would my be any different from others? Well this blog is just for me. My little space on the internet where I can be myself and write about the things I know; cats, organisation, books, fashion and baking. I love all of these things, so this is where I will be posting about my life that has nothing special in it. It's mine and I want to write about it. So I'm gonna be posting some pictures from my life with friends, baking recipes and lots of pictures of cats. Let's see where this blog takes me.
